After a general briefing, we take a boat ride of 1 to 1:30 hours to a beach, where you will receive the introduction to your dive gear and use it in some basic skills with your instructor in shallow water. After getting comfortable you will stretch your legs and experience how it feels being weightless under water. As more comfortable you get as further and deeper (maximum 12 meters / 40 feet) you will go under close supervision by your instructor. We will have a break on one of Coiba’s beaches to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, some beaches offer also excellent snorkeling, or possibilities to see monkeys, birds, butterflies or crocodiles. We will also offer you a packed, cold lunch with this break. After the break you can opt for another dive ($ 25.00 additional), a free snorkel dive, or just to relax on a beach.

We will leave between 8:00 and 8:30 from the beach of Santa Catalina and return between 3:30 and 5:00 pm.
Water and snacks are always offered on the boat, at noon we provide a packed lunch on one of Coiba's virgin sand beaches.
We will go with you through the equipment you will use, as well as the basic concepts of scuba diving, procedures and hand signals and will answer all questions you might have. After arriving at Coiba National Park you will do basic skills in shallow water and find the proper amount of weight you need to be comfortable underwater. This training session is followed by a real dive what will combine the conditions to fee safe and comfortable as well offering some of the exciting marine life Coiba is famous. After a lunch break on one of Coiba's virgin sand beaches, you can go snorkeling or decide to make an additional dive (USD 25.00 extra).
We will leave Santa Catalina beach between 8:00 and 8:30, so you should be here the afternoon before ill 6:30 or in the morning between 7:30 and 7:45. After a general briefing we take a boat ride of 1 to 1:30 hours to a sheltered beach in Coiba National Park, where you will start your diving experience. After a lunch break on one of Coiba's beautiful beaches and another dive, or snorkel session we head back to Santa Catalina, where will be around 3:30 to 5:00 pm.
All our trips start and end in Santa Catalina at our dive center. We are the only dive center located directly ON THE BEACH. Special pick-ups can be arranged on request.

You need to show a proof of your diving certification and carry a passport (or copy / photo of the main page and page with the entry stamp).
Diving is an outdoor activity and you will get wet also on the boat from rain or spray water. Bring your swim suit, outdoor gear you want to bring for one day, sun protection, rain protection, long-sleeve shirt.
