Discover Scuba Diving, Coiba National Park

After a general briefing, we take a boat ride of 1 to 1:30 hours to a beach, where you will receive the introduction to your dive gear and use it in some basic skills with your instructor in shallow water. After getting comfortable you will stretch your legs and experience how it feels being weightless under water. As more comfortable you get as further and deeper (maximum 12 meters / 40 feet) you will go under close supervision by your instructor. We will have a break on one of Coiba’s beaches to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, some beaches offer also excellent snorkeling, or possibilities to see monkeys, birds, butterflies or crocodiles. We will also offer you a packed, cold lunch with this break. After the break you can opt for another dive ($ 25.00 additional), a free snorkel dive, or just to relax on a beach.
